Giulio is the Chief Executive Officers of Kervis SGR and is a co-founder of Kervis: Giulio is leading Kervis SGR platform growth. Formerly Giulio developed his career in Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing Group focusing on the management of Core and Value Added Funds and was a member of the Investment Committee of Morgan Stanley SGR. Giulio was CFO of MSP (Morgan Stanley Properties) leading several refinancing and structuring of NPLs transactions.
